A green wall does not have to be built by HF Green for us to maintain it. Many Hong Kong walls lose their original contractor, then the plants and the irrigation fail. We inspect first and say how far maintenance can go. Structural faults are not packaged as ordinary gardening.
Call 5611 6867Whether irrigation still runs, or the wall is stuck wet or dry. How much of the wall is already dead. How a person reaches it: a door, a platform, or the building's gondola. A live wall with no access is expensive to keep, or it should become live only at hand height and artificial above.
Pruning, feeding, pest control, replacement, clearing blocked drippers and resetting the timer are in scope. Fixings that have pulled out, a leaking membrane, or a curtain-wall change are not. Those are written as excluded.
The inspection is free. The contract starts once the scope is agreed. The original contractor's name and any system brand are not described as HF Green products.
Yes. We judge from the plants, modules and irrigation we can see. A defunct manufacturer does not block a maintenance quote. Obsolete parts are stated plainly.
No. A rebuild is a separate construction quote.
Yes. The K11 MUSEA role is maintenance of a wall HF Green did not build. Estates and offices start with the same visit.
